ScaleSMEs uses large language models (LLMs) to power its AI agents. When your agents process data:
- Data sent to LLM providers is used solely to generate your requested output. It is not retained by the provider for training purposes.
- We minimize the data sent in prompts — only the information necessary to complete the task is included.
- Agent inputs and outputs are logged for your review in the dashboard and are retained for the duration of your subscription.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hello@scalesmes.com.
6. Third-Party Services
ScaleSMEs uses the following third-party services to operate:
- LLM providers (for AI agent processing)
- Airwallex (for payment processing)
- Cloud hosting infrastructure
- Email delivery services
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
